Eugene "Gene" Starks

Eugene “Gene” Starks, 75, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on February 8, 2018. He is predeceased by his parents Richard and Josie Starks; brothers Bob, Dick and Ray.  He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Cathy; his daughters Cheri (Jeff) Carpenter, Tina Hendrickson, Gina (Mario) Faiella; grandchildren Anthony, Alex, Matthew, Taylor, Cody, Marisa, Makayla, Logan, Nicholas, Dominick, Brayden and Camden; siblings Shirley, Dave, Gloria and Joanne; as well as many nieces and nephews.  Gene was an avid NY Yankees and Giants fan.  A special thank you to the BGH ICU for the care given to Gene and his family.   Visitation will be held on Monday from 3pm until 5pm at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC., 137 Robinson St. Binghamton.  A Funeral Service will follow at 5pm.
