Marie Petcosky

 Marie Petcosky, 86, from Binghamton, NY passed away Friday at Albany Medical Center with her family by her side.  She was predeceased by her husband Donald Petcosky; brothers, John (Ike) Williams and Lawrence McBride; sister-in-law, Cathy McBride; and brother-in-law, Ross Croop. She is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law Don and Pam Petcosky of Vestal, NY, Dennis and Patti Petcosky of Binghamton, NY; and one sister, Barbara Croop of Binghamton, NY. Marie was a graduate of Fordham Nursing School and Cortland State University. She retired from the Binghamton Psychiatric Hospital in 1986. Her and Don were Florida snow birds where they loved golfing with friends and taking the many group gambling excursions to Biloxi, MI. In her past time she loved to crochet and do needlepoint. Marie was an avid METS fan and stuck by her team, win or lose. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017 between 4 and 6 PM at the THOMAS J. SHEA Funeral Home Inc. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY. A Memorial Service will follow at 6pm.
