Edward Hawley Sr.

Edward G. Hawley Sr. 89, of Windsor, went home to the arms of the Lord on October 27, 2018.  He is predeceased by his parents Lincoln and Nina Hawley; siblings Edith, Henry, Millie, Orvie, Ordie; grandson Brett Hawley. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Joyce Hawley; children Sandra (David) Komoroff, Ed Jr. (Sadie) Hawley, John (Carol) Hawley, Barbara Hawley; 8 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter; several brothers and sisters in-law and many nieces and nephews. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War serving from 1951-1953. Ed retired from Four Square Tool. He was a lifetime member of the American Legion. Ed loved his family, especially the children. He will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10am until 12pm at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904. A Funeral Service will follow at 12noon. Burial will follow in Blatchley Cemetery. Memorial Donations may be made to Sunshine Valley Church in Ed’s name.
