Michele Braco

 Michele A. Braco 91, of Binghamton, went to be with the lord on December 31, 2018. She is predeceased by her husband Nicholas M. Braco; parents Francesca and Simone Cannizzaro; brother Frank Cannizzaro; sister  Ignasia “Zena” Deuel. She is survived by her children Lori and Keith Brown, Frances Griswold, Elizabeth Brewer; grandchildren Mikayla Brown, Lindsey Brown, Douglas and Elizabeth Griswold, Justin Brewer; great grandchildren Chase and Emmelyn Griswold; sisters and brother in-laws Mary and Hank Horvath and Lucy and David Wilson; as well as many nieces and nephews. She came from Trapani Siciliy, Italy, at the age of 8. She was a devoted member of the Women’s Abbruzzese Club. She was a renaissance woman, entrepreneur contractor, and a landlord with a wonderful zest for life and sense of humor. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Grandmother and friend who helped many. Visitation will be held on Thursday at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904 from 5 until 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30am on Friday at St. Mary of the Assumption Church Binghamton, NY. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
