Robert Wilson Sr

Robert F. Wilson Sr. 83, of Binghamton, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family July 24, 2017. He is survived by his loving wife 64 years Barbara Wilson; children Robert Francis Jr. (Maureen), Karen (Roger) Carpenter, Patricia (James) Gordon, Nicholas (Michelle) Wilson; 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren. He served the US Amy in the Korean War and was the recipient of the Purple Heart. He loved motorcycles, fishing, camping, hunting and everything outdoors. He adored his family, and will be dearly missed by all. Visitation will be held on Saturday at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton NY 13904 from 11 until 12pm. A Memorial Service will follow at 12pm with Full Military Honors.  As John Wayne would Say, “Oh Well”
