Angela F. (Gustaferro) Guiton

Angela Frances (Gustaferro) Guiton, 72, of Binghamton, NY, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 27, 2026. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, William “Bill” Guiton; her four children: Suzanne (Matthew) Jones, Julie (Timothy) Keenan, Patrick Guiton, and Kathleen (Dennis) Sherba; and her grandchildren: Conor, Gus and Joey Jones; Mary Grace, Michael, Kathleen and Ryan Keenan; and Brady, Parker and Cooper Sherba.

Angela is also survived by her siblings: Kathy (Terry) Telfer, Linda Biggs, Louis (Judy) Gustaferro; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Eileen (Paul) Hughes, Marilou (Michael) McMahon, Linda (James) Rose, Winifred (Thomas) Esworthy, James (Carol) Guiton, Robert (Christine) Guiton, Jerry Kunkle; along with numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents Charles and Carmella Gustaferro; brother Joseph Gustaferro; father- and mother-in-law Joseph and Margaret Guiton; sister-in-law JoAnn Kunkle; brothers-in-law Gary Jones and Randy Biggs.

Angela was born in Batavia, NY, and later moved to Binghamton, where she graduated from Catholic Central High School and SUNY Binghamton. She served as the Hospitality Director at the Ramada Inn, was employed at Phil’s Gift Shop and provided daycare for many children. A lifelong Yankees fan, Angela rarely missed watching a game. Her love for baseball was only rivaled by her devotion to teatime with her dearest lifelong friends Michelle O'Loughlin and Colleen Matthews.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, from 10 AM to 12 PM immediately followed by a funeral mass at St. Patrick's Church, 9 Leroy Street, Binghamton. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Punch Out Parkinson’s, 709 Conklin Rd., Binghamton, NY 13903.
