Anthony DeLucca Obituary

Anthony (Tony) D. DeLucca April 15, 1962 – January 20, 2026 Originally from Binghamton, NY and residing for the last 30 years in Columbia, MD, Tony passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family. He was pre-deceased by his father, Anthony C. DeLucca and his grandparents, Dominick and Margaret DeLucca, and William and Julia Smith.

Tony is survived by his mother, Pamela DeLucca, his loving wife of 30 years, Barbara DeLucca, and their three children, Nicole (Brad), Ally, and Paige. Tony is also survived by his sister, Karen Keane (Bob), and his brother, Mark DeLucca (Lori). He shared close relationships with his nieces and nephews as well as with his special aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Tony was born and raised in Binghamton before leaving to attend college in Florida, where he met Barbara. They relocated to Columbia, MD to be closer to family and to raise a family of their own. Binghamton remained a special place for Tony, and up to his passing, he maintained a close connection with his family and friends living there. He loved his family deeply and held close the memories of their time together, especially holiday gatherings and family vacations. Tony remembered fondly the numerous beach vacations and the unforgettable Caribbean cruise shared by his entire family, including his parents, siblings, nieces, and nephews. These times with family were the most important part of Tony’s life.

Tony established a successful career in banking with his last 21 years at Forbright Bank, where he enjoyed working with everybody. He was also a member of Argyle Country Club for over 25 years and will miss his regular golf group as well as his many friends at the club. For nearly 40 years, Tony enjoyed an annual golf trip with some of his closest childhood friends from Binghamton. He cherished these trips as they enabled his friendships to grow even stronger over the years. He will dearly miss these golf trips and his lifelong friends that were a part of them.

In keeping with Tony’s wishes, there will not be a formal funeral service. A celebration of life will be held for family and friends in the Binghamton area at a later date. Those who wish to honor Tony’s memory may consider donating to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society/Blood Cancer United at www.bloodcancerunited.org.
