February 6, 1927-April 13, 2022
After a long illness, Arline “Dolores” Nallon went to be with the lord and her husband, Domnick, on Wednesday, April 13, 2022. Dolores resided in O’Fallon, MO, for the last 17 years. Prior to that, she lived in Chicago, IL, for 30 years, and over 25 years in Greene, NY. Dolores was born in Chenango Forks, NY, on February 6, 1927. She married Domnick on February 2, 1946, in Binghamton, NY. Domnick preceded her in death in 2002. She was a member of Assumption Catholic Church in O’Fallon, MO. Dolores was a senior vice president and sales manager for direct sales organizations until her retirement in 2001. For over 50 years, these positions carried her to all parts of the world. Dolores loved her
family, her religion, and traveling. Her favorite travels were to Ireland, Israel, and numerous European locations. One of their bucket list travels was to go to Normandy on the 50th anniversary of the landings. Domnick wanted to pay tribute to his brothers he lost in the war during the landings on Omaha Beach. They made that trip together in June 1994--a trip of a lifetime. Dolores is survived by her three children: John Francis Nallon (Anna Marie) of Denton, TX; Daniel Frederick Nallon (Ronda Dye) of Ochelata, OK; and Arline Nancy Nallon of ’Fallon, MO.; six grandchildren: Dana Mary-Marie Montigny (Rene), Michael Culver (Allie), Matthew Culver (Molly), John Patrick Nallon, Martin Culver (Amber), and Meghan Stinson (Dan); and eight great grand-children: Madison, Daniel, Brody, Bryce, Brock, Ryleigh, Bailey, and Grace; sister-in-law, Nancy Cook (Binghamton, NY) and a number of nieces and nephews. Her brothers, Francis Cook and Frederick Cook, her parents, and her great-grandson, Bailey, preceded her in death.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held in Binghamton, NY, at St. Paul’s Catholic Church, 282 Chenango Street, Binghamton, NY 13901, on Tuesday April 26 at 9:30 AM. Interment will be with Domnick at Calvary Cemetery, 553 Harry L Drive, Johnson City, NY, directly following the mass. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to: Give Kids the World (www.gktw.org) in the name of her great grandson Bailey Culver or to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (www.cff.org) in honor of her great granddaughter Madison Cryans.
