Benjamin Bartolotto, DC Obituary

Dr. Benjamin M. Bartolotto, 69, of Binghamton passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on May 6th, 2021.  He was predeceased by his parents Anthony and Rose Bartolotto, in-laws Leslie and Mary Genthner, and brother-in-law Henry Genthner.  Benjamin is survived by his wife of 48 years, Joy, daughters Andrea (Joseph), Julie, special cousins Caroline DiLascia, John Ferranti, several aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends, and colleagues of the chiropractic community.  A life long resident of Binghamton, Benjamin worked at DiLascia's Bakery, was a member of the Castleman Drum & Bugle Corp, and a member of the band "The Monarchs". He graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1969, Broome Technical Community College in 1971, and The National College of Chiropractic Lombard, Illinois in 1977. Benjamin served his community in private practice for 40 years.  Among his many accomplishments, he was a Fellow of the American College of Chiropractors, Chairman of the New York State Board of Chiropractic, Chief Examiner of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners Part 4 Seneca Falls NY, and a leader in the Professional Assistance Program. 
A Funeral Mass will celebrated Wednesday 10 am from St. Mary's the Assumption Church corner of Court & Fayette Streets Binghamton.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC.137 Robinson Street Binghamton on Tuesday from 4-6 following all current Covid guidelines. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the DCI Marching Music Health and Wellness Project Scholarship. Arrangements are with Albert J. DeMarco with the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc.
