Candy M. (Alderman) Harder

Our dear mother Candy Harder-Alderman sadly passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023.  She was a wonderful daughter, sister, mother, partner and friend.  She was always there when we needed her.  She has many friends and was a well-loved member of the Motili family. 

She was born in Binghamton NY and passed away in Scranton, PA.  She was predeceased by her mother Bonnie Alderman. She is survived by long time partner James Polvitch, father Norman Alderman, Jr., sister Ginger Davis, children Stephanie Austin, Russell Harder, Jr., William Harder and her grandchildren. 

She loved her horses, and her trips to the beach.  She will be deeply missed.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2023 at Noon with a reception to follow at Harpursville Baptist Church, 41 Cumber Road, Harpursville, NY 13787.
