Connie Osborne It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Connie, beloved aunt, sister, sister-in-law, daughter-in-law, cousin, coworker, and dear friend. This occurred very suddenly on Thursday, March 25 due to a heart attack. Most recently you may have seen Connie happily smiling and sharing her love of fashion with customers at the Boscov’s jewelry department in Binghamton. She always carried herself with great positive energy and a zest for living. She was truly a beautiful person both inside and out. Connie was a graduate of Marywood University and was previously employed for many years as an Engineer for the Singer-Link Corporation in Kirkwood. Connie is survived by her sister, Marie and Chris Le Coz, Vermont; niece Marissa Le Coz, Massachusetts; Father-in- law, Lavern Osborne, Binghamton; Sister-in-law, Debbie and Tony Picarazzi, Virginia; nephew, Christopher Gosselin, Oregon; “Uncle” Bill, longtime friend Walt Zink, and her church family. She will once again be reunited with her love, husband Alan Osborne.
Private calling hours will be held for the family at THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC. 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton. A public prayer service will be held on Thursday, April 1 at Riverhurst Cemetery beginning at 1pm and officiated by the Reverend Dr. Charles Colton. If you at all knew Connie, you might know that she loved the color red and incorporated it into her carefully selected outfits. Please consider wearing something red on the 1st to honor her memory.
