Daneille Joy Mastronardi was born to the late Daniel and Dorothy Mastronardi on 12/5/1940 in Binghamton, NY. She was a quiet artist, pianist, lover of languages and all things cooking, especially Italian cuisine. Her true passions were her husband Bob and her 3 children, Tony, Dina & Jill.
Dani, as all that knew her called her, was blessed with a loving and devoted husband of 56 years Robert John Skrabalak of Johnson City, NY. She raised 3 children with love, compassion, and kindness. She was a woman who epitomized love and generosity throughout her life. She saw people and things through the eyes of a child; pure of heart, open without judgement, always kind, loving and welcoming. She would captivate you with her energy and enthusiasm for life and draw you in whether friend, family member or total stranger. She was a "second mom" to many of her exchange student children that remained close to her throughout her beautiful & full life. Her love of travel allowed her to make lifelong relationships and friendships with people of other countries and cultures.
Dani is survived by her husband Robert Skrabalak; her son Anthony; her daughters Dina & Jill Skrabalak; her daughter-in-law Mary Kay; her son-in-law Cooper Dragonette; her grandchildren Ryan, Morgan, and Marina Skrabalak; Luca and Alex Dragonette; her siblings Bob, Joe, Danny, and Darlene (Mastronardi) Comeno.
