David R. Gumaer, Sr., 82, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2025 at home.
He is survived by his wife Sandra Gumaer; children David R. (Lisa Cebula) Gumaer, Jr., Thomas (Lisa) Gumaer, Amy Shelton; daughter-in- law Amy Gumaer; grandchildren TJ, Tiffany, Diamond, Justin, Nina, Damion, Josh, Paradise, Rainbow, Jay Jay, Summer, Star, Nancy, Miracle, Jenna and Aaron; several great grandchild; sibling Donald, Arthur, Frederick and Pearl; nieces, nephews and his faithful companions Mittens and Boots.
He worked for Binghamton Public Works, known for his lack of a filter when sharing his opinion, and love of watching Law & Order.
Per his request there will be no services.
