Donald E Morgan, 94, of Binghamton, entered into the Glory of Heaven on February 14th, 2021. He is survived by the love of his life, his wife Mary; his children Donald Morgan Jr., Scott (Rita) Morgan, Michael Morgan, and Donna (Bill) Woodruff; his grandchildren Eric Morgan, Kristy Morgan, Amber Morgan, Alex Woodruff, and Joshua Normile; his great grandchildren Aiden, Brooke, Ilayna, Aleigha, Farrah, Milo, Logan, Wesley, and Gunner. He is also survived by his sister Joan Drum, and several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his grandson Grant Woodruff. Donald dedicated his life to God, family, and country. He was an Army veteran of WWII. He retired from a 30 year career with the Postal Service. He a member of Grace Baptist Church in Binghamton for 55 years, where he served as the AWANA Commander for 27 years, and as an usher and greeter until the time of his passing. His faith in God was unshakable, and he lived his life as a humble example of that faith.
A celebration of his life will be held at a future date, to be announced by the family. If you wish, memorial contributions may be made to Life Choices Center 93 Oak St, Binghamton NY 13905, where he was a volunteer for many years. Arrangements are by the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC. 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton.
