Florence W. (Bradley) Milne

Florence Bradley Milne, August 14, 1955 – February 27, 2026 passed away quietly at Lourdes Guthrie ICU after a long illness. 

She was predeceased by her parents Florence & Frank Bradley and sister Eleanor Fletcher. She is survived by brothers Arthur, Charles and Allen Bradley and their families.  Sisters Barbara Rohmann, Donna Arboit and Gloria Callan and their families; Ella Fletcher, along with many nieces, nephews and dear companion Joseph Swansborough. 

For many years Flo worked at the blind workshop/AVRE where she had many friends and enjoyed the bowling league and the many trips they went on together. She enjoyed collecting owls, in any shape or size  and had a love for Winnie the Pooh.

One of Flo’s favorite things to do was watch her two great nephews Logan and Liam Martin grow up in the home she shared with their mother, great niece Stephanie Rohmann.

Calling hours will be held on March 21, 2026 from 11am to 1pm at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson St. Binghamton.   A Celebration of Life at the Eagles Club, 104 Bevier St. Binghamton will follow from 1pm to 3pm.
