Helen Devine

Helen M Devine, 80 of Binghamton, passed away on Friday, July 9, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.  She was predeceased by her parents, Richard & Doris Balmer, sister Lorraine and brothers, Frank, Larry & Russell.  Helen is survived by her beloved husband Martin, daughter Marcelle, son Mark, grandchildren Gavin and Brendan, brothers Richard & Heather, Harold & Geraldine, Mark & Sue, Ronald & Anne Marie and Robert, sister-in-law Jean, many nieces & nephews and also many special family and friends including the Devine family and Riegel family.  Helen loved her animals and the NY Giants.  Helen was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.  Visitation will be held on Monday July 12, 2021 from 5 until 7pm at the THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME INC. 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904. A Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30am on Tuesday at St. Paul’s Church in Binghamton, NY. Burial will follow at Vestal Hills Memorial Park. Those wishing kindly consider memorial contributions in Helen’s name to Broome County Humane Society.
