James "Bubs" E. Leonard

James E. Leonard "Bubs", 72, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2025.  

He was predeceased by his wife Norma Jean; his parents Ken and Helen Lenoard and his brother Kenny.  He is survived by his sister Brenda Derrick; nephew Nicholas Derrick; special cousin and partner in crime Dawn Pennay; his two fur babies Stormey and Bubba; as well as many family and friends.

Jim graduated from Windsor High School in 1971; spent many years in construction and selling cars.  He was a generous to a fault; he was always helping people. 

A  Celebration of Life will be held at My Uncles Place, 120 E. Service Road, Binghamton on September 27, 2025 from 12pm to 5pm.
