Jeffrey W. Greeno

Jeffrey “AnarchY Ash Aubrey” Greeno, 36, passed away unexpectedly on April 26, 2022 surrounded by his family and friends.
 Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Harold Greeno; grandfather, Bertram Helligas; in-laws Donald Jr. & Roberta Larnerd, and his faithful companion Max. He is survived by his loving wife, Lisa (Larnerd) Greeno; mother, Alicia Greeno; grandmother, Norma Helligas; siblings, David (Heather) Greeno, Daniel (Darnelle) Greeno and Lindy (Thomas) Donovan; nieces and nephews, Thomasina (Dustin), Kayla, Emma, Anna, Jordan, Natalie, Landon, Tyler and Mia; several aunts and uncles; his fur babies, Maizey, Zola, Willam and Gabby; close friends, Bryon Powell and Keith Zimmer, and his wrestling family.
From a young age it was clear that Jeff was born to make his mark in professional wrestling. A tremendous competitor in the ring, Jeff most recently added the role of trainer and mentor to the next generation of students at Xcite Wrestling. He was known as a talented gear maker creating gear for some of the biggest stars in the industry, (Moose and Ethan Page). Jeff’s love for wrestling demanded the best from himself and those around him. He commanded the respect of those in and out of the ring. Jeff had many talents outside wrestling including video production and a passion for playing guitar with his fellow band mates.  He loved to travel, especially to Myrtle Beach where he and his wife Lisa were married. They had spoken of plans to move down there in the coming years. 

 Jeff continues to give to others in his time of death as he did during his life. In his final act of kindness, Jeff passed on the gift of life by giving hundreds of others a chance to pursue their dreams by donating his organs.

On Sunday, June 12, 2022 a celebration of Jeff’s life will be held from 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. at the VFW Post #1371 on 207 Main Street in Owego, NY. In honor of Jeff, the family asks that you please dress casually as Jeff would have liked it that way.
