John "John-John" A. Bertoni

   Our beloved son, brother, uncle, father, and friend to all is coming home to finalize his journey to heaven. His family, friends, and his love of Endicott were his life second only to his beautiful daughter, Kayla, who was with him as she survived the vehicular accident to ensure her safety as his last gift to her. A Union Endicott graduate (1995) playing Endicott Little League, CYO, UE JV baseball and varsity golf, where he passes that passion to his nephew Dante.  A graduate of Finger lakes School of Massage and IMG (Leadbetter golf academy).  Predeceased by a strong Roma family, Felix, Esther, Tony & Joan, Uncle Gene, Larry, Susie and Grandpa Richie. Also, the Bertoni family; Frank, Irene, Grampa Ketchum, Bobo and Nona and so many others who will greet him at the Gates of Heaven. Surviving is his mother, Loretta Roma-Nusman, and father John Bertoni, brother Brian, nephew Dante, his sisters Ashley Kaylor (Josh), and Kristi Seagrave; and of course his beautiful daughter Kayla. Also, Uncle Frank and Aunt JoJo, Kathy Lincourt, and families, His Roma family, Barry (Lori), Anthony Jr (Kathy), Anita, and many cousins. His best friends Paulie, Matt, Corey, Witz, Jamie, and Joe, and so many who knew him, his smile and his friendships will last forever. His wonderful 44 years is a reminder of just how wonderful life can be. We thank you all for being his angels on earth.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday 10 am from St. Anthony of Padua Church 300 Odell Ave Endicott. The family will receive friends Sunday from 2-5 at the Leon Pucedo Funeral Home 1905 Watson Blvd. Endicott.  Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.  We will remember him through his daughter Kayla and forever in our hearts. Thank you, John-John, you helped make us stronger and better people as you enter the gates of Heaven until we meet again…. "Stay Gold"
