Judith Phalen

On the evening of January 15, 2024, Judith Phalen of Binghamton, New York, passed away at home. Judy died at the age of 74 after a long battle with Parkinson’s and cancer   Judy is survived by her daughters Terri Culverwell, Tammy McKernan; her son Michael Schrader; her brother Peter (Ann) Phalen ; her grandchildren Celena, MacKenzie, Troy, Briana, Joey and niece Mary Caitlin.
Her family remembers her as a loving and caring mother courageous in her fight against Parkinson's and cancer.
A Memorial Service will be held at THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC., located at 137 Robinson St on Monday, January 22nd at 11:00 am. The family will receive friends from 10am until the time of the service.
