Karen R. Decker, 83, passed away peacefully on January 9, 2023. She is predeceased by her husband Donald Decker. She is survived by her children Debbi Wilbur, Jeri Miller (Ken Fineout), Becky Vavra (Rick), Randy Miller (Michelle); grandchildren Tina Taft, Jessica Moscicki, Carrie Davis, Scott Fineout, Alicia Stoeckel, Morgan Vavra; and eight great grandchildren.
