Michael K. Lewis

Michael K. Lewis, 61, of Conklin NY was tragically taken from this world on January, 3rd 2025. Michael is predeceased by his parents Dewey & Marian Lewis, sisters Linda Lewis & Donna Potter, and brother Robert Lewis. He is survived by his loving family. Daughters Jessica Lewis, Denna Malley and grandson Lyeith Merwin, his wife of 35 years Debbi Malley-Lewis, his brother James Lewis, sister Lisa Cicak and half brother David Belcher. Michael was loved dearly by his large family of nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends he considered family.

Michael was an avid golfer, hunter & poker player. He enjoyed doing them very much and it kept his competitive drive young. It was also a wonderful way to see family and friends. Michael was known for his quick wit and humorous personality, He was “a joker, a smoker and a midnight toker” some would say. Amongst all of this, what really shined was his generosity. Always willing to help his family and friends in need. Most of all he really loved being a grandfather. We all will miss Michael Lewis so very much and may he rest in peace.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm at Thomas J. Shea Funeral home, 137 Robinson St, Binghamton NY. With a celebration of life to follow.
