Nancy L. (Wagner) Stopper

Nancy Stopper 82, went to be with her Lord on November 28, 2019. She is predeceased by her parents John and Theresa Wagner, sister Maxine, brothers Harry and John, grandson Ryan.  She is survived by her loving husband of 63 years Paul (Greg) Stopper, daughters Kim (Edward) Youket, Leslie (David) Langevin, sons Marc (Barbara) Stopper and Eric Stopper, daughter-in-love Diane Morrison, as well as grandchildren Joshua Youket, Aaron (Samantha) Youket, Stefanie (Jon) Vandermark, Caleb Youket, Jason (Tiana) Langevin, Carley Langevin, Matthew (Kirsten) Stopper, Marianne (Nick) Stopper-Platt, Amanda (Ralph) Stopper-Parkhurst, Shayne Stopper, Paige Stopper.  Great-grand children Tyler,Aleah, Vivi and Ellie Vandermark, Kayleigh, Alexander, Sofia and Kamryn Youket, Isaac, Jonah and Daniel Stopper.  Sisters-in-law MaryLou (Pete) Cardascia and Linda (Scott) Oliver.  Nieces Marlene (Bill) Schanbacher and Lorriane Fisher. Beloved and best friend Jayne Bobe who was like a sister to her as well as many more friends she touched in her lifetime. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, she will be dearly missed by all whose lives she touched.  She was a woman of faith and was always praying for her family and those around her.  She was a LPN at UHS hospital and loved taking care of people but her most loved job was working with horses at Skymeadow Farms in Greentown, PA.  Nancy was an advid horse lover since her childhood and participated in many horse shows in her younger years.  She loved all animals and always said that given the choice she would always rather work with animals than people!    
Visitation will be held on Thursday December 5, 2019 at Thomas J Shea Funeral Home 137 Robinson St. Binghamton, NY 13904 from 11am to 1pm.  Memorial Service at 1pm with graveside following at Vestal Hills Memorial Park.  In liue of flowers please consider making a donation in her name to Lourdes Hospice, The American Cancer Society or The Broome County Humane Society.
