Richard A. Everett

Richard Everett, 87, of Binghamton passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2025 peacefully at home. 
He is survived by his wife of 65 years Sally Ashman Everett; daughter Lynn (Theodore) Pickard, grandchildren Kelley, Matthew, Kristin; son David (Tina) Everett; grandchildren Derek, Justin; and daughter Diane Everett. 
He retired from NYSEG after 42 years; was an avid golfer and noted for his pristine lawn. 
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 4-6pm at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home Inc., 137 Robinson Street, Binghamton NY 13904.  A Funeral Mass will be held at 10am on Saturday February 1, 2025 at St. Paul’s Church in Binghamton.  Military Honors will follow at the church. In lieu of flowers please donate to Hospice.
