Ronald W. Lawton

Ronald Lawton, 79, of Endicott passed away July 6, 2021 after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was predeceased by his parents Signe and Wallace Lawton, and a niece Jennifer Edwards. He is survived by his wife Betty (Bragg) Lawton, a sister-in-law Patricia Buccheri, a niece Joy Thorn, a grand nephew Ian Edwards and several cousins. He was a retired IBM Industrial Engineer Technician. After his retirement, he opened a gift and collectable store in Chandler, Arizona. He was very active in the Methodist Church and served on many committees in both Endwell Methodist and Chandler Methodist churches. In his free time, he enjoyed looking for antiques and collectibles. He also enjoyed traveling. Services will be Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at Endwell Methodist Church at 11:00 am. Family will receive friends from 9:00am to 11:00am at the church with the service to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, Endwell Methodist Church, or Mercy House in Endicott.  Arrangements are in the care of Albert J. DeMarco and THOMAS J. SHEA FUNERAL HOME, INC.
