Tina M. Jayne

Tina Marie Jayne born April 23, 1965 passed peacefully April 22, 2026 a day before her 61st birthday while resting at Mercy House with family by her side. 
She was predeceased by her grandparents, her father William Jayne, several aunts and uncles, her nephew Robert Jayne, and many others. 

Tina is survived by her fiancé Will Windecker, mother Lynne Jayne, brothers Brian, Randy & Kenny Jayne, sister Laurie Markoff, nieces Molly & Sonia Jayne, Kandice Sanders, Tiffinie Zamora, and nephew Kyle Markoff. 

Tina was a believer that our time on earth is determined at birth, no matter how you live your life — and she definitely lived her’s to the fullest. 

She worked hard to become a nurse and had careers at Lourdes, Elizabeth Church Manor, Good Shephard and Saint Louise Manor. Tina learned how to ride motorcycles, lawn tractors, and ventured cross country. Tina loved animals, especially her cats Sissy, BroBro & Twerp and her dogs Bailey & Barney. She had a special affection for Highland cows, donkeys, bears, and eagles. Tina’s secret sense of humor was something only her closest people were allowed to enjoy! 

We find comfort in knowing she has been reunited in Heaven with her loving and devoted father, her Uncle Ronnie, and grandpa Elmer. 

A Funeral Service will be held at 1pm on Monday, April 27, 2026 at the Thomas J. Shea Funeral Home, Inc., 137 Robinson St. Binghamton.  The family will receive friends from 11:30am until the time of the service.  Burial will follow in Chenango Valley Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Mercy House of the Southern Tier in Tina's memory.
