William Willis “Bebow” Pierce III, 49, passed away on September 29, 2025, in Syracuse, New York. Born on March 31, 1976, in Johnson City, New York, William lived a life marked by deep loyalty, boundless compassion, and an adventurous spirit that touched all who knew him.
Known affectionately as “Bebow,” William was a man whose presence brought warmth and strength to those around him. He was the kind of person who would go to the ends of the earth for those he cared about—steadfast in his dedication and unwavering in his love. His thrill-driven nature was matched only by his kind soul and generous heart.
William’s legacy lives on through his children: Josh, Devon, Tori, Jahi, Amina, and Ma’Kai. He also leaves behind many grandchildren who brought joy to his life and will carry forward his memory with pride. His sister Danielle remains a cherished part of his family circle. William’s fiancé Makayla stood by his side with love and devotion. He is also remembered fondly by a wide circle of beloved friends and extended family members whose lives were enriched by his presence.
He was preceded in death by his mother LoRena (Mickey), father William, stepfather Daniel, and brother Daniel—each of whom held a special place in his heart.
William’s passing leaves a profound void in the hearts of those who loved him. Yet even in death, he continues to watch over them with the same protective care he offered during life. His memory will be honored not only through stories shared but through the enduring impact he had on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
May his memory bring comfort to those who knew him and may his spirit continue to inspire love, courage, and compassion.
