Winifred Osewalt Canniff, 97, of Binghamton NY passed away peacefully on May 28, 2026

Predeceased by her parents Llewellyn and Emma (Toma) Osewalt, grandson Andrew John Canniff, sisters Rosemary Ross, Marian Parrotti, Betsy Francis, Florence Ellis and Shirley Osewalt. Survived by her brother Michael Osewalt and her children, Andrew (JoAnn) Canniff, Cheryl (Joseph) Doyle, James Canniff Jr. and Jeffrey (Janice) Canniff. Her grandchildren, Casie Canniff (Allen) Henderson, James Canniff III, Jessica Doyle (Frank) Evans, Joseph (Lesly) Doyle III, Samantha Canniff (Ryan) McGregor and Cassandra Canniff (Jonathan) Sheehan.  Great grandchildren, Andrew Zellers, Petty Officer Second Class Derek (McKenzie) Williams USN, Emma-Lee Evans, Brooks McGregor, Amelia Doyle and many nieces and nephews.

We would like to give a special thank you to the staff at Good Shepherd Fairview for their loving and compassionate care they gave our mother, grandmother, great grandmother. Services will be private.
